A comprehensive, end-to-end design and project management solution for Haslemere Vets transforming a blank-canvas commercial space into a modern, welcoming, and highly functional independent veterinary practice.
The Scope: As a newly launching independent practice in Haslemere, the client required a complete spatial transformation. Limeblue joined the client from the very beginning, assessing the empty property to strategically map out a complex, multi-zone floor plan. The goal was to balance advanced clinical requirements with an inviting, stress-free environment for both pets and their owners.
Our Approach: Taking advantage of the property’s clean “blank canvas,” we meticulously designed the footprint to maximise operational flow and clinical efficiency. The layout was zoned to include:
- A welcoming reception with dedicated, separate waiting areas for dogs and cats to minimise pet anxiety.
- Three state-of-the-art consultation rooms and an integrated pharmacy.
- Specialised clinical zones: a preparation room, dedicated cat and dog wards, a dental suite, an X-ray room, and a sterile theatre room.
- Staff welfare facilities, including a comfortable staff room and fully upgraded amenities featuring a newly installed disabled WC.
The Build: To stray away from the traditionally sterile, cold feeling of veterinary clinics, we introduced a warm green color palette. This contemporary scheme was chosen to evoke a sense of calm, nature, and modern professionalism from the moment clients step through the door.
Beyond the interior footprint, Limeblue managed necessary structural enhancements, including replacing outdated windows and refurbishing elements of the building’s exterior. From the initial layout concepts to full on-site project management of the build, Limeblue delivered a seamless, turnkey solution ready for business.
