A vibrant heritage transformation for Broadway Museum Caravan & Motorhome Club using an old railway building to breathe new life into a historic space with immersive graphics and interactive exhibits.
The Brief: Located on the Broadway Caravan & Motorhome Club site, the existing exhibition space inside a historic railway building had become outdated and in need of a revitalisation. The brief was to transform the historic structure into an engaging museum environment that effectively communicates the rich history and heritage of the club and the site itself.

Our Approach: To do justice to the unique railway architecture, we utilised a combination of vibrant wall graphics, text panels, and a fresh color scheme to guide visitors seamlessly through the club’s timeline. The design was carefully planned to complement the centerpiece exhibits: two beautifully preserved, original vintage caravans displayed within the space.

The Design & Build: Limeblue completely repainted and refreshed the interior, using the building’s walls as a canvas to tell a compelling historical story through custom typography and archival imagery. To broaden the appeal for families and younger visitors, we also designed and installed a playful, “Instagrammable” replica camper van. This custom, interactive feature allows children to sit inside, creating a memorable, shareable photo opportunity that bridges heritage with modern digital engagement.
