A sustainably re-engineered exhibition stand repurposed for BlackRock at the PFS National Conference, featuring updated graphic storytelling and an interactive sweet bar.

The Brief

In alignment with BlackRock’s commitment to sustainability and Limeblue’s eco-conscious B Corp principles, the brief was to deliver a high-impact presence at the PFS National Conference by fully repurposing an existing stand. Having originally designed and fabricated the modular structure for use over the previous two years, Limeblue was tasked with transforming the physical asset to feel entirely fresh, engaging, and aligned with the event’s specific messaging.

Our Approach

Our approach focused on circular design and modular flexibility, demonstrating how existing structural builds can be re-imagined without generating unnecessary waste. We audited the original framework to plan a cost-effective, sustainable update. By reconfiguring the footprint and introducing new interactive touchpoints, we ensured the stand would capture delegate attention while maximizing BlackRock’s return on investment.

The Design & Build

The final execution gave the existing stand a complete visual refresh through sustainable, large-format graphics engineered specifically for the PFS show. Limeblue integrated a custom sweet bar feature to encourage delegate interaction and prolong dwell times on the stand. By combining modular re-use with fresh environmental graphic design, the project delivered a vibrant, professional exhibition presence that minimized environmental impact.
