Our commitment to “doing the right thing” extends to how we govern our agency and protect our people. We maintain a culture of transparency and accountability through our formal Whistleblowing Policy, which ensures:
- Protected Disclosures: Employees are empowered to raise concerns regarding criminal offences, miscarriages of justice, or health and safety risks without fear of victimisation or dismissal.
- Environmental & Ethical Accountability: Our team is encouraged to report any acts causing damage to the environment or breaches of legal obligations, including bribery and corruption.
- Internal & External Support: We provide clear channels for reporting through senior management and, where necessary, outside regulatory bodies such as the Health and Safety Executive or the Environment Agency.

We understand that the nature of our business requires global travel and logistics. We take our responsibility to mitigate these impacts seriously:
- Renewable Energy: We have switched our energy provider to Ecotricity, the world’s first green electricity company, powered by wind and sun.
- Greener Travel: When project managing events globally, we ensure any flights taken emit at least 10% less CO2.
- Renewable Logistics: We encourage our contractors to use biofuel (B20) and Euro 6 compliant engines to reduce vehicle emissions in low-emission zones worldwide.
Reusing: The Core of Our Ethos
The most sustainable stand is one that is used more than once. We encourage our clients to reuse their stands whenever possible. We either hire furniture or, if purchased, manage its storage and reuse at each event. Our contractors also reuse all packaging from project to project, recycling it only when it has reached the end of its life.
